At Cairó, we take pride in creating thoughtfully crafted products designed to support healthy hair and scalp care.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened, used, or delivered products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopcairoco@gmail.com
To help us resolve the issue, please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Cairó is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered processing.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
