At Cairó, we work quickly to process and prepare orders for shipment.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing or been shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shopcairo.co.

While we will do our best to accommodate address changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing.
